For the first time in awhile, BYU has all the components. They are deep in the post. They have a guard line that can hit shots distribute the ball. It’s all there. This could be a very special year.
With that said, the injury bug worries me. The Blue/White game had 3 players who did not play due to injury. Two more left the game early with injuries. All of the injuries appear to be minor, however, injuries tend to get worse once the season starts, not better.
If BYU can just stay healthy, they could be a great team this year. Next year is looking pretty good too. Maybe I’m just worrying too much but, I hope that this early injury bug goes away quickly.
It’s a good thing we are much deeper this year.
