We’ve played them six (6) times in South Bend, and two (2) times in Provo. They have owed us, I believe, two (2) games in Provo for forever and have been putting it off indefinitely. Now, Holmoe is calling it good with a neutral site game next year.
I would have demanded the millions in breach of contract penalties. I don’t care if they won’t ever schedule us again — that’s already pretty much the status quo (especially in Provo).
What sickens me is that Notre Dame always has many more home games than away games. They refuse terms unless it’s as favorable to them as possible.
