Scouting the redbirds of Ill State

They haven’t played any teams to get excited about other than Nevada, who is having a great year, and they lost that one by 30 points.

6’ Jr. guard Keyshawn Evans #3 averages 20 ppg and 4 apg (put Hardnett or Cannon on him)
6’9 Jr foreward Phil Fayne 17 ppg, 7rpg, does the inside work, only weighs 200lb. (Childs can chew on him)
6’6 Jr Milik Yarbrough 13 ppg, 4 rpg is their work horse ( Bryant should guard him or Nixon)

Those are their production guys. This team is not tall, probably fast but struggle to put points on the board. Do not let Evans get a look at 3, he is deadly, shoots a better % from 3 at 51% then inside. Yarbrough is 44% from the 3.
Foul Fayne, he shoots a paltry 49% FT.

As a team, these guys take a lot of 3s, Rose will counter with 4 guards and Childs at times. BYU gets to 80, ISU lucky to get to 70
