What happened to the one hour rule. Obviously this Board, the WCC/Cougfan.com rules how the subjects are introduc3ed. If a person puts in a post and no body answers in an hour, this Board eliminates the chance for anyone else to post. Yet the Board can put in whatever it wants and the message can sit there almost forever
until somebody responds to this Board’s message. DOUBLE STANDARD.
