because currently in Utah it id 10 degrees, while in Phoenix it is 41… 
I remember sitting around the Marriot Center in the outside in January for tickets at -5 degrees. We sat there for at least an hour. Danny Ainge vs Danny Vrange BYU - Utah game in 1979. Now that’s real BYU fans!!!
That explains some things. Exposure to the cold for an extended period of time can have an adverse effect on your mental capacity and thinking.
