Frank Bartley is a good guy and obviously fell through the cracks in the BYU lineup. Dave Rose apparently did not handle the Bartley situation very well. I am not sure why Rose offered Barley and then dumped him. You can argue over the issues. But a coach who has yet to win the rec-league WCC championship seems to have some explaining to do.
