It doesn’t look good. I am sure that the law enforcement officials and the prosecutors are working on this case. If it turns into an indictment, this guy should be dropped from his scholarship. There is no room for indicted persons on a BYU team if this is the case.
See my comment on the KFAN interview of West’s attorney. We shall see, what we shall see. But BYU or Bronco does need to make some sort of explanation of where or how this situation stands in relation to West’s BYU scholarship based on the on going legal proceedings.Perhaps West is innocent, but so far his lawyer for sure did not show that, he just covered for West.
