Nacua injured his knee and will be out for at least to October 20th. Should have waited 6 weeks. My left knee went out about 6 times over my youthful time up to age 40. The first time my doctor told me no activity for 6 weeks. Stay off the karate floor. Each time, I waited 6 weeks and was able to continue my activities without what happened to Nacua. Nacua had the injury 3 weeks ago. Should have waited 6 full weeks.

You can be around for 71 years and still be dumber that a fence post and that is downgrading the fence post!
