I can’ t remember if it was Matich or maybe Jared Lloyd (reporter for the Daily Herald) that said the biggest issue was not talent, but rather not being in sync with each other. Each knowing the the guys next to him is going to do on each play.
As an example: why did Conner Pay performance go down when last year he was 2nd or 3rd string All-American Or Suamataia performance being less than expected?
Don’t know the answer, just know the line was dysfunctional.
I don’t have high hopes on their ability to assess coaching or player ability. Or be able to create an environment that creates winning culture
