“Soiled child”. Love it!!!
I know you meant spoiled child, but I like the soiled child better! And it also fits. I’m sure they soiled themselves after that game
Im just happy I don’t have to listen to Utes gloat all year long.
Aro makes a great point about entitled Utah was coming into the Big 12. They thought they were Big 10 worthy and now they sit at the bottom of the Big 12.
You should try as a fan. You would be more accurate.
Floyd was wrong and so have you most of the year. Are you a Ute troll too?
Other than the holding call against Utah (which as we’ve seen was not a phantom call but a legitimate hold by the ute defender) what phantom calls were made against Utah? The facemask penalty against BYU was the only “phantom” call I saw.
what are you talking about? Stop the incessant banter with individual posters. fish said nothing that warrants this comment.
I was answering Twawk not Fish
Well then, make sure it says you are replying to thawk. Your post was in reply to fish.
Well, some people put multiple posts into theirs and it gets a bit confusing sometimes. I actually respect Fish because I know he has lots of experience. Floyd does too. He just interprets a lot of things incorrectly. Tawk is just a bully.
I don’t have twitter but my son sent me several posts from Terry McAaulay, long time NFL official and college officiating expert. He said he went back and watched every pass play and there was nothing resembling defensive holding UNTIL the one that was called, and he said it involved “material restriction” and this was an obvious and easy call for the official.
So JHawk is right: Utah didn’t lose because of that call. And if McAulay is right then the VAST majority of the sporting world is right about “the call”— sucks for Utah but it was a good call. Deal with it.
They weren’t Pac 12 officials! Where do you come up with that nonsense?
That’s what the reports were.
I think they were former pac 12 officials who moved on to the big 12 when the PAC12 collapsed.
I recognized the lead official as being in the Former PAC12
Exactly. You are correct! So, if they had a bias in the Utah game, it would have been for Utah.
I still would like to know why there were only 4 procedure calls made in the Kansas game. No holding when we saw lots of it. No pass interference and personal fouls too. And, there were some of those too.
