The movement away from Go Fast Go Hard was satisfying. No turnovers! The offense looked in control the whole way–so different than the first quarter of last year’s bowl game. No, they weren’t perfect, but the leadership of the new coaching staff was evident. Contrast that with Virginia’s opener where the Washington Post noted how turnovers early left Virginia in a hole.
