In the coach’s show, Coach Rose said at the end part of the game, the coaches decided to try and stop Landale by doubling down leaving their 3 point shooters wide open.
We were winning by not doubling Landale and only taking a swipe at the ball when close enough without losing a player’s man. Why we changed is a coaching mistake.
Another thing Coach Rose said they were hoping to foul Landale out. In the OT, we saw Childs take most of the shots down low. I wonder if the coaches said to do that to try and foul out Landale. It didn’t happen and Childs was gassed and all his shots were short. Even from 3 feet.
