So far no real facts have come out on Wet’s case. His attorney is doing a good job of covering for him, that is the lawyer’s job. It looked like the counselor did a lot of duck and cover for West so far. My comment somewhere on this board, I am not sure where, because of how this thing is laid out, sates that if evidence is enough to indite West it may be enough to terminate his scholie at BYU. But if this whole situation is bogus, then perhaps he (West) is OK. We shall see, but I do believe that BYU should make some statement on this matter albeit short and to the pint.
