Trump in a landslide, been saying it all along

Robert Kennedy Jr. will be in trump’s cabinate as he said to make us all healthy medically, “But stay away from the oil!”

Ya, most states that are pretty much finished go as high as 99%. Still need the House go Red to Make America Great Again!

I think some of them will, but not the ones that comes from the States.

I’ve been reflecting on this election and I believe both parties have presented us with two poor candidates, despite there being many better options available.

In my opinion, most people don’t vote for a party; they vote based on issues that affect them personally. In 1980, Ronald Reagan asked a simple question: “Are you better off today than you were four years ago?” The average American’s answer was a resounding “NO!” Personally, I’m spending over $500 more each month just to maintain my budget.

Another major issue impacting people is the lack of security on city streets. Violence has escalated to the point where big chain stores are either closing their doors or heavily fortifying their premises.

Lastly, it seems the media underestimates voters’ intelligence. Harris never clearly explained how she planned to fulfill her promises, nor did she take responsibility for the border situation. Her campaign boiled down to “Trump is bad, I am good,” which the average American didn’t buy at all.

It will be interesting to see what the GOP can achieve in Congress, or if they will repeat their past behavior of internal conflicts when they had control.

Jack Smith cannot prosecute a sitting president.

And we all know how the Georgia case went.

It’s over

Men did not vote for an incompetent woman. Men got tired of being called racist, and a million other names. Black men made a strong statement that they were better off with Trump. Latino’s work hard and are Catholic. The Dems missed on every single detail.

The Greenes and Metz’es of congress need to back off their balanced budget mandates and work for the common good. Otherwize, I think Johnson will get a lot done

I thought there was one more in New York. But yea, Jack Smith never should have happened in the first place.

I am not one that likes to use terms like “incompetent”, but I think people vote based on how it affects their wallets.
I do find it funny, that democrats who cry about “racism” and other terms are sure using those terms now.

“White Women are dumb because they voted for Trump”.
“Black men are not “real black” people”.

Those are the two I remember most.

I think if you term Harris incompetent on the basis of how she would have handled the office of the presidency I think the term applies. Based on how she handled interviews, and some of her speeches, it was alarming to think she actually got as close as she did to the presidency. I wouldn’t call her incompetent as a person, but thinking about her as a future president the term applies.

She and Walz were probably the worst candidates for president and vp that have ever been nominated by a party and it looks like they will get close to 50% of the popular vote. That says nothing good about Harris and Walz. It says a lot about how ignorant and gullible too many voters are and how biased most of the media is and how unlikable Trump is. Trump was unlikable to many millions who still voted for him because they were informed enough about issues to know what a catastrophe Harris and Walz would have been.

I talked to many of my friends who voted for Trump just because voting for Harris was unthinkable.on the basis of what her policies would have been. They weren’t happy about voting for Trump but they were sure Harris wouldn’t have been a competent president and would have tried to push an extreme left agenda (I would call it Marxist).

I could list issue by issue where Harris’ positions were downright scary based on her past actions and statements and not on the rebranded model the Democrats tried very hard to push on us. I would take more space than I want to use on an already overly long post. The good part is we don’t have to worry about her anymore. I can’t imagine the Democrats will allow her to get close to the presidency again. They may find a smarter, and equally radical, puppet to trot out next time but it won’t be Harris.

I simply do not like “name calling” based on someone politics. What you posted is what should have been said, it is based on Harris being an incompetent leader, not because she is a incompetent woman.

I have a friend that is libertarian, he made a comment that I think most “die hard” party members sometimes forget. We are not a democracy, we are a “Constitutional federal republic”, In order for it to work properly, you need both sides of the isle to work together to come up with the best solutions."
Unfortunately, there is so much tribalism going on, there will not be a consensus solution. Some of it is deserved, but I think some of it is based on self-importance instead of what is good for the people.

I stand by my words that both party national and local leadership is corrupt, they forced two bad choices on the people and here in Utah went so far to change at the last minute how we voted in the primary for the republican nominee (you had to go to the caucus meeting to vote, which some republicans could not attend because of work and other obligations). My opinion is why they made the change? because Haley would have won Utah in a landslide, Trump has never won the primary in Utah until this year.

I like Trumps policies; I hope that he learned something the last time he was in office and work with people to get things done instead of trying to bully people into submission. Time will tell if he has truly changed or not.

I agree of much of what you have here. Definitely a Constitutional Republic. I would ask how did Kamala get to where she is, VP. And, a Senator before. Well, many say it is because she is a woman, who slept her way to the almost top. She is then an incompetent woman and I’ll just leave it at that

I always get a good chuckle when I hear or read about the reason why we have the 3 branch system with 2 sub-branches, Senate and House. To reach over to the other side and work with each other. The reason for the system and the way the Constitution can be changed is to slow down dramatic possible changes that you see in most countries so that we don’t end up as a state of tyranny. Gridlock is what the Founders hoped for. If Trump can bully from the bully pulpit to make changes that will benefit the people, I hope he does. I want a tuff butt as President. Not these appeasers we get get like every Democrat President we’ve ever had.

Our first president, George Washington, warned that political parties would ruin the United States.

In his 1796 farewell address, he cautioned against the dangers of political parties, stating that they could lead to division and conflict within the nation. Washington believed that political parties would foster a “spirit of revenge” and enable "cunning, ambitious, and unprincipled men to usurp power, ultimately harming the country.**

How true it is today!

The Founding Fathers had varied and often critical views on political parties. They generally saw parties, or “factions,” as potential threats to the new republic.

Alexander Hamilton labeled political parties as a “fatal disease” of progressive governments. James Madison, although a supporter of the Constitution, also warned of the dangers parties posed. In Federalist, he described a well-constructed Union as one that could control the effects of factions.

None of that suggests the Founding Fathers didn’t want the wheels of government to move slowly or gridlock. In fact, that’s what is meant by “control the effects of factions.” Slow down your moving too fast let’s make the morning last
We were witnessing this with the progressive Democrats and how they shoved trans issues quickly down our mouths as other things of Wokism.

This election was all about Trump. Had zero to do with Harris.
Voters trusted Trump to handle the economy and the border. I do run into intelligent people who spew out the Trump/dictator baloney and how he will change the constitution but thank goodness they number maybe 20%.

Harris became the ultimate copy cat…I’m for fracking (only because of Penn), I have a gun while being the 1st to take our guns. I want to close the border…these guys really thought American voters are STUPID.

Two things that really jump out at me from the results…Women voted for Trump and the young voters really were in turn this cycle and voted for Trump.

Understand where you are comin from, in this case Incompetent is not name calling, it is a description of her job efforts.

As for Political parties, the only cancer I see here is the lack of term limits. The Palosis, Shumers and Shiffs of the world need to go

Schiff just left the House and won a seat in the Senate. 6 years of the bug eyed beetle pest. Uggg!!’
How’s that for name calling Floyd

Thanks for clarifying, I thought that might be your stance.

Whose fault is that? California voters!

Why was Garvey the GOP candidate? could they not have found someone better? If you don’t have a good alternative, it is easy to vote for someone you don’t like.

I want you to think for a minute, I know that is really hard for you at times.
But I heard something this morning that makes sense for me, that the reason Trump got the popular vote was because “democrats” (I guess you could call them moderates) did not like how the party leadership embracing the far-far-far-left ideology (call them progressives)

.I think there are some good democrats that is more in the middle who is willing to work with those republicans that are moderates (I would consider House Speaker Johnson as one) to get things done, that honestly help all Americans.

Unfortunately, the progressives and the far-far-right want to block everything which make Congress fruitless.

But not the far-far left. They are angels

I thought Garvey was a great candidate, he was in the wrong state.

But he is a celebrity!
