All Red States should do the exact same thing. DEI causes nothing but problems. It allows for bad psychology and creates more racial and religious hatred.

I agree. DEI is a Marxist invention. I wish BYU
would get rid of its Diversity, Equity, and Belonging department. It is just DEI with a slightly different name and probably less stringent.
It is not only entrenched in education from
kindergarten through grad school, but many, if not most corporations have adopted it. Federal government has adopted it and most local governments have adopted it. Some corps
are starting to rethink it because it is bad for business.
