Crazy town just got crazier!!!
6’10 Mihailo Boskovic just signed with BYU. MVP in the Fiba league. Mind blown, It is starting to feel like BYU is a NBA farm team.
How is this going to play out? Not a lot of room for the old BYU core if these sky high recruits are coming here to get drafted.

Boskovic should slot in seamlessly next to Keba Keita and Fousseyni Traore at the four and could play at the five with his shot-blocking and floor-stretching capabilities. At forward, he will compete with Richie Saunders, Mawot Mag and Kanon Catchings for minutes.
There were few holes on the 2024-25 roster, but Boskovic fills the last real need for BYU: additional length and skill.
It remains unclear if Young realizes that college basketball games are 40 minutes long and that it will be challenging to find minutes for everyone on a roster so talented. But that’s a good problem to have and one that BYU men’s basketball has rarely, if ever, faced before.

We are now so deep that we could run for 40 minutes and tire most teams out…
One of my question marks for this BYU team was shooting. Have some good shooters, but not a ton of proven ones. Adding Boskovic is big for that, especially since he can shoot at 6-10. He’s not a normal freshman — he’s the same age as a 5th-year senior & will play high-level mins.

basically shows he was not a starter on his previous team…He was in the NBA draft pool for 2023 but not 2024…easily could be an upgrade, definitely gives a solid body for a stretch 4, but seems to me la bit like one of BYU’s traditional style of players older, solid player who can develop into a servicable player on a better than average team…

Exciting but realistically, questionable…
Not even a question. What are you basing anything on? 6’10” kid with 5 years experience in the European big leagues that can handle the ball like a point guard, jump out of the gym, score inside and shoot lights out from beyond the 3 point line. I know we have returners but at this point, they all may be coming off the bench.
Khadim must be having issues getting into BYU. He is not on the roster. A month ago, it showed that Khadim would fill the last schollie and then we get Boskovic, who is said to fill out the team. I will ask
