I know the “A” is for Agitation- what’s the T for?
A is action oriented and rules are not always important. People are more important. However, making a mess is common for A personalities. S is the opposite. Structure and rules must be followed.
See, the Ts come up with the ideas. S figures out how to implement the ideas in a systematic way. As get it done and Rs bake the cookies.
Like you, I took the personality test, thought about it for very quick second, and determine the test is just BS thought up by someone in academia, who has never had a real job in their life.
I would tell you “A” and “T” stands for, but the monitors would ban me. 
I don’t know that much about you but if I gave you all the parameters that are used to help identify personalities, you would quickly know yours. I suspect you don’t care much for law and order. Even though you are a referee - umpire. But again, I haven’t seen enough to not classify you as an S. You have the R in you. So, are you an “Felix” or an “Oscar?” My inclination is Ra or Rs. Depending on if your house is spotless or a mess.
This tells me that you are not an expert in this personality test…
I am extremely bent on “Law and Order” or better way of saying “The rule of law” is my bases. Rules are rules. I am also very linear in thinking.
I have had to learn that there are things you can change and those things you have no control over.
I cannot control what someone does or does not do, I can only control how I react that the situation.
I live a very structured and organized way, which by the way, drives my wife crazy (she is less structured and more right brain than me).
FYI,
Everyone uses both sides of their brains, but people have a dominant side.
LEFT Brain = Logic, sequencing, linear thinking, mathematics, facts
Right Brain = imagination, holistic thinking, intuition, arts, feelings visualization
Floyd, I asked you if you were an Oscar or Felix to know for sure. Like I said, I didn’t know you well enough. You are now saying more and I’d call you an SR. You aren’t into conspiracy theories and other theories. You may have to do technical things but aren’t a true T. You bend rules for the sake of the needs of people. That is where the R or relationship comes in. Thank you for supporting my conclusions. Yes, you have to know how to do other things. But that has nothing to do with personality.
So I am a Capricorn and my fortune cookie today said “You will have great business opportunity in the near future”. So does that make me more of a S or T or G or P?
If you believe in astrology theories, you would be leaning towards a T. But, there are more things that would be important. Do you like to come up with ideas but then hand them off to others to organize the ideas and then have others implement them? If so, you would be a T

By the way, I found out the conservative St. Bonaventure is allowing a teacher to stay on while going through his transition. Can you believe that! Uggg!
