Actually Scott, to most people, my definition is spot on… You may not like it, but that does not change the truth that Chris did not say you dad was or was not an abuser, he simply said it is a possibility.

Just an observation, Scott. I don’t know what you’re like in person, but I’m guessing you’re a good, faithful, and caring member of the Church. You obviously believe with passion, and that’s a good trait. However, your writing usually comes across as bellicose and unyielding. You don’t seem to concede points much.
Fish comes across as one of the most compassionate on this board. Jumping to a conclusion that he was being anti-semitic was way off. There was nothing in his statement, or his past posts, that indicates anything of the kind.
Whether you’re a true narcissist or not is debatable, but I’ll bet you could find in that article, like many of us, that we display behavior like that from time to time. My advice: take it for what it’s worth and learn from it.
Well, I did attempt to clarify why I used the anti-semitism response. My response is how Democrats respond against Trump being racist when there is no connection between one of his statements and him being racist. So, I used the same technique and you have to admit, he didn’t like it and neither has any other Democrat in here liked it. Hopefully they will think next time it’s used against Trump that it can be used against them too.
Why did I choose this way to go? I don’t think anyone should use a person’s parents to personally attack someone. He brought up the defense and questioning of the Prophets concerning homosexuality. I simply stated that homosexual acts are sin by way of doctrine and commandments, not policy or tradition.
I’ve been doing that for years. Just thought I could help him a little. I guided for a Narcist a few years back, He loved me as long as I had my TV show on the air…once it went off he turned into a monster. While he had a celebrity, he was a saint (Narcists love love love being associated with wealth or fame) It helps their egos but once you are Mr. Average, the monster comes out. He never insulted me because he knew I would walk any time I wanted but he sure took it out on everyone else including his wife and kids.
One day I told the wife, “You better stand up to him or you will be raising all your grandkids”, he was chewing out the kids daily and her and anyone else that didn’t jump when he wanted em to…So she puts her foot down and asks him to leave. This guy sets up an interview with their bishop thinking this is all her fault… and after hearing what the bishop has to say, this guy sets up a interview with the Stake Pres… The President sits through the he said, she said and looks him in the eye and says, " I am opening up a police report".
Scott will never understand any of this because by definition Narcists can’t be wrong, it’s always everybody else that is wrong and needs fixing.
