Man if Hill had no bad luck

Jim, it’s incredible how Hopper becomes so fixated on just one part of Fernk’s comment that he completely misses the overall point Fernk was trying to convey.

Just curious Hopper how you leaped from Frenk comment of:

To your comment:

When Frenk never mentioned Taysom Hill in his entire comment, it was entirely about Gisele (whoever the heck she is) and the comment about the DOJ?

This is called “Twisting something to prove your point” Which Jim commented on and “Moving the goal post” which you just accused me of.

no it wasn’t. I was playing with your friend and you were jealous

well, you know how; every one loves a grammer natzi.!

Tom Brady’s ex-wife.

I didn’t think that mattered in our religion (now what punctuation do I put at the end of a sentence man if there was some pretentious person I could ask)

I just read what was under the title of the New York Post article and I can’t stop laughing

Floyd, I asked why and how would the DOJ be able to shut down USU. he wouldn’t answer it right away. He went another direction. And, you are doing it too. A simple question around a statement that wasn’t true.

that USU is a dumpster fire? @Floyd_Edwards posted the article that proved it

Why do you ignore the part of the statement that wasn’t true? Embarrassed saying something wrong in front of everyone?

I’m not wrong they almost did get shutdown by the DOJ, and Gisele’s a witch.

Who was shut down? USU or the athletic department? They don’t have that authority.

no seriously i read it somewhere they were going to shut them down. don’t have the authority? how would they not have the authority?

So, I found this statement online what the DOJ can do to a corporation. “ A convicted corporation may be subject to stiff fines . It may also face the imposition of a court-appointed monitor to oversee certain aspects of its affairs as well as other limitations on its conduct through a term of probation.”

I don’t see where a corporation can be shut down or force to close. Maybe you have something more to share with your huge legal brain.

I asked how the comment about Gisele included Taysom? I do not see the connection.

As for the other question:
If the DOJ issues a finding of a Title IX violation and the institution does not comply with the required corrective actions, several penalties can be imposed:

  1. Withdrawal of Federal Funds: The most severe penalty is the withdrawal of federal funds, which can include student loans and grants.
  2. Corrective Actions: The institution may be required to implement specific corrective actions to address the violations.
  3. Legal Action: The DOJ can pursue judicial enforcement, which may involve lawsuits to ensure compliance.
  4. Private Lawsuits: Victims of discrimination can also sue the institution for financial restitution and attorney fees.

I am not a legal expert, but this could happen:
If USU decided to ignore the DOJ rulings:

  1. They could lose Federal funding, a good majority of students are on grants or federal loans, less funding means that USU would need to cut some programs.
  2. If they ignore the findings, the NCAA could step in and give them the “Death Penalty”, since the findings were based on the football program. Much like they did SMU in 1987 for cheating. It took SMU over two decades to start seeing some stability and success again. The team had only one winning season between 1989 and 2008. The recovery process was slow, and the program is still often cited as an example of the severe consequences of NCAA sanctions.

I am not saying the DOJ shut them down, but it is like dominos, the first one goes down and the rest follows.

ok this is just getting sad. I don’t know why you keep trying to make me defend a position I don’t even hold. like I said I read it somewhere. i don’t really care if it is true or not. all I was saying is that USU is a mess. time to let it go

Sad for me must not’ve been as good of a joke as I wanted if I have to explain it.

Tom Brady stayed in the game way longer then anyone else and I’m saying it was because of his ex-wife witchcraft. so Hill should wife here up to get the same benefits.

Oh, that is threw me, because Tom has come out when he was in New England, that he works with a health guru who is actually from Utah to regiment his health and food intake. Several other players has used this guy as well.

yes that is the real reason why, but the there were some online saying it was because of her witchcraft. funny some people just get fixated on things.

I was going to make a joke about talking to Chris Coumo’s wife. She cured Covid with crystals maybe she could cure this, but thought it was too far removed from sports so I didn’t

:rofl::rofl::rofl:

It’s going to be a long wait for football to start up again. I hope basketball will be great like the football team.

It’s Nazi, not natzi.

yes it is.

so I just had some people that I know that are big USU fans tell me on their forums there is a lot of talk that Bronco is taking the head coaching job.

I was going to give Fernk the benefit of the doubt because “z” in German is pronounced “tz” like in the end sound in “hits”.
He just wanted us to use the correct pronunciation!
