Nacua shines again…

How does Van Jefferson getting traded affect your “opinion”?

How about the fact that Nacua and Cupp were on the field at the same time most of the game? Does that change your opinion?

It should at least improve your knowledge of football, which seems fairly pedestrian after your comments about the Rams receiving corps.

Who are you talking about? Cupp is their best but I would rank Nacua next for sure. Are you talking about Tutu Atwell or Van Jefferson (who was traded this week)?

Your argument/comments are losing steam fast. No, in fact they are completely irrelevant at this point. Ouch, that’s gotta hurt. :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

They were never arguments. They were opinions. Not just mine either. Nacua was a rookie and the other two experienced NFL players. Tell me that did cross your mind.

Hopper, they may be your opinions, but your present them as arguments.

Again, it is not the message that gets people riled up, it is how you present the message.

Posting is harder, because you don’t have body language to help people determine “intent”. So, the way you put your words together, does make a difference. Trust me, I know this from personal experience.

Remember in communication, it is not what your “intent” that matters, but rather the impact of what you posted affecting other people reading it, that what really matters.

Reputation is another factor, if you are viewed by others as argumentative or combative generally, then that also influences how people read your posts. This concept was brought to light with me recently, and I will leave at that. We all need to do a better job of realizing our posts may or may not be received as intended.

No Floyd. You convert my opinions in your head to arguments. Maybe because you are board or just looking for a fight. And me being a martial artist for 54 years, you know I’ll spar with you.

As far as others, their egos are so large they engulf the universe. They have to be right. So, I throw in an alternate opinion and they feel threatened. No debate skills. You at least give references as well do others. But they can be debated as well. And sometimes I do.

This comment Scott says everything people need to know about you.

It is always the other person fault or problem, never recognizing that someone may have a valid alternative point and above all never admit when they have made a mistake.

They have a term for that, you may want to investigate it more. BUT, then again, you refuse to even consider that you are wrong, so it is a waste of time to try to help you become a better you.

I have no problem with other opinions even if I don’t agree. This post shows what I am talking about. You just can’t bring yourself to accept I have a different point of view. I’m reading you but you aren’t reading me

You are right.
Jefferson is gone.
Atwell is good but he’s teeny tiny and serves a completely different role (mostly clearing guys out to leave Cupp or Nacua with single coverage).
Cupp and Nacua are #1 and #2; both the QB and the HC are all in on those guys.
End of story.

No it never really did. The fact that he was used so heavily, and very successfully I might add, the first several weeks that Cupp was out pretty much sealed the deal.

Larimer is right. If you want to know what my thoughts were, in detail, just read Larimer’s post directly above this one. He pretty much says everything I saw and was thinking. I love his post mostly because it starts with “you are right”. In our discussions that is pretty much the way it is. I am always right. I’m right on with Nacua and you were wrong. End of story.

Why did you and others make it about being right or wrong? Mine was an opinion that others in the media had as well. It was never about being right for me. But you guys have to be right.
