Also, Hardnett announced he will be a graduate transfer. I think he made that known and good for Rose not to worry about playing him. But, should he play or Harding next year. Harding is a four year player for BYU.
Here is why I like Emery and Haws. They will play their senior year at BYU. Why are so many such in a hurry to leave? I should have stayed another year and gotten another minor. Or gone to graduate school at BYU. Loved being there and a part of everything. Can never do it again. So why rush out and away from there? Bryant should have played one more year.

Really? Tell me where was Emery going to go? He was fortunate BYU even let him return and play. You and I both know that Haws isn’t physical enough yet to make it outside of college and especially the NBA

He could play overseas. Thing is, except for Jimmer, who else is excelling overseas that played at BYU?

Davies is played well, Mika is playing decent, Bryant is playing well, Haws is getting better, but Haws has struggled and I’m not sure TJ translates as well as Tyler in Europe because of his slight build, but it’s all speculation

None of them are playing that well except Jimmer. I listen to BYU Sports Nation and the numbers stated by those players is not very good. Especially Mika and Bryant. They should have played all 4 years as should Childs.
Speaking of Childs. They just said Childs was injured during the game and that’s why he came out. Does anyone have more info?

They are all playing decent, though certainly not Jimmer like, but then again that’s another level

There is this thing called a “tie breaker” and BYU was awarded 3rd in the league and given the 3 seed in the tourney. Then the 3 seed got blown off the floor by the 7th seed.

I think Child’s was mentally injured and most of that occurred when he got his technical foul for mouthing off to the refs. He always thinks he is being rail roaded by the officials.

There could be a whole different article written on kids that were shown the door in the BYU program and left to excel at other schools. Combine that with the guys who felt that Rose couldn’t increase their level of play so they went to Europe … BYU program is bleeding out.

And they went to Europe and haven’t improved.

Don’t be thick-of course they have improved and everyone of them will tell u so

Doesn’t look like Mika or Bryant could come back and play in the NBA with those numbers. Mika has to move from his precious Italy too.

Bryant has been gone less than a year, so time will tell. Either way it doesn’t mean they haven’t improved their game

Yes it does. Should have stayed another year or two

Actually if any of these players thought Roses staff could improve them and get them a legit shot at the NBA … I think they would have stayed. They felt that they couldnt improve with Rose from a competitive point of view or a personal skill viewpoint either. Sadly, I didn’t like that they left but it was allmost like jumping off a sinking ship. Better to get off than go down with the ship.

And they haven’t improved overseas. They are listening to the wrong people. Childs must stay at BYU if he wants any shot at an NBA career.

Complete nonsense.

What player in recent history, say 50 years, has gone to overseas and played, then returned to the NBA?

Knew you couldn’t answer. Case closed

Excuse me if I have better things to do than sit around and wait and respond to every post you make.

Childs playing another year won’t get him any closer to the NBA than if he made an attempt to enter the draft this year.

The more important question is who said anything about a player going to Europe and then coming back to the nba later? Why did you pose the question?
