where have I said I hate Zach. I am evaluating him on his work as a BYU QB. I have no idea who he is as a person, in fact I hope he can find a spot where he is the stating QB on a NFL roster. just because I disagree with you doesn’t mean I hate him or you. it is a disagreement. pull the emotion out and see it for what it is.
Zach also won 14 NFL games without an offensive line.
Saying he is not a top 10 qb in the last 20 years is certainly hating him because it’s obviously illogical.
Is that why the Jets dumped their 3rd pick? Or was the fact that he was not very good? That most of his teammates could not stand his arrogance, now he is in Denver, he is the “backup” to a true rookie? LOL
Being competitive is not the issue, the issue is the fact that they crossed the line when they confront officials, which is NEVER good for people.

Broncos have a great QB. That is nothing against Zach.
Basically what I’m saying is, NFL clubs usually draft players on the basis of their skills shown in college and as far as I’m aware, Wilson was drafted higher than any BYU quarterback ever has been and he left college a year early. Granted, Nobody knows how they will pan out in the NFL, but I would have to consider Wilson one of the better BYU quarterbacks

“If a team has an SOS of 3.67, it means that their opponents have a relatively strong record, making their schedule more difficult. Conversely, an SOS of -3.89 would indicate that the team’s opponents have a weaker record, resulting in an easier schedule”
You will see that in 2020 the SOS was-3.89 meaning the schedule was pretty weak
Now look at Taysom in 2016 his SOS was -1.91 meaning the schedule was harder than 2020.
Now look at Hall’s 2009 his SOS was -.56 which means it was harder than Taysom in 2016.
Now look at what Jake is doing in the BIG 12 this year, his SOS is -.50 which mean that the Schedule is hard.

Aaron Rodgers (2024)

Sam Darnold (2018 to 2020)

Zach picked 3rd in the first round in the Draft
Brock Purdy was picked 262nd in the 7th round
BTW, you should look at that Draft Zach went in… Out of the top four QB’s only one of them is still with the original teams… Many of their fans thinks the choice was a “BUST”!
